I have come to the conclusion that considering I have no idea what I am going to eat as one my teeth/tooth is hurting and second I have really nothing to eat along with my precarious health which appears to be on some precipice of impending catastrophe, that I need a full time maid, a cook, a nurse, a driver ect, and of course I still need a home of my own, in other words this #disabled man existing in #poverty is at the crossroads of suffering struggling and completely collapsing, it would be of the most urgent benefit if society, community and humanity could find the bloody compassion to actually rise up and assist me today;

Well this is rather anxiety inducing, I have to go have another kind of Xray done to try and find out what is making my tooth hurt, as at the moment there is no logical explanation for it to be hurting, the dentist was kind and very thorough, but more perplexed about what they did not find, so now I have to make another appointment at a specialist that has some better Xray tech with higher resolution, People I am tired, I am hungry I am in Freaking Pain, I really need your help right now to raise the money so I can take care of myself;

Ok So I Have An Emergency Dental Appointment Today at 9:00am, I think my landlord is going to drive me, they have not been able to tell me how much it will cost, nor how many appointments I will need, I hope they can do it the same day I am already there, But they said I need to try and have some payment available, especially if I have to make another appointment I have to pay something, So I really need to Come Up with At the Least Right Now, $500 before Monday the 10th of August at 9:00am, your help would be much appreciated right now;

The stress of what I am dealing with right now really has my #anxiety in overdrive, my stomach is rather upset, I really have not had much to eat in the past 3 or 4 days, my tooth is really bothering me, the fact I finally have an appointment set has not relived any pressure, as I have no idea how I am going to handle the monetary part of it, and I am hoping they actually do something for me before I have to worry about finding the money, anyways between my normal mountain of need now this emergency, I just can not catch my breath nor a rest, I really wish people could understand just how desperately I need their help to raise some very much needed money right now;

Part 3:
The trip to the #ER, my landlord and long time friend had to go to the doctor which happened to be at the hospital so I was able to rideshare with her, and I walked into the emergency department, it has been a long time since I have been in any medical setting, boy things have changed, first I had to fill out this tiny half sheet of who I am and what my issue is, then to my luck it was empty and a lite day, so the nurse triaged me fairly quickly, I was babbling on about my health as she asked questions doing my vitals, I am sure I sounded like a manic nut job, but then after about 5 mins she sat me in a tiny room to wait for the doctor who within 2 mins promptly walked into the room sat down, and quickly went over what the reason for my visit, again I am sure I sounded like a babbling manic nutjob, he was nice and listened and after 4 mins said ok we are going to give you some antibiotics, something to relive the pain and the swelling and asked if they could give me the first round while I was there, of course I said yes, he said ok stepped out, and in less than 2 mins another nurse came in with my meds, my discharge papers and already called in my prescriptions to walmart, and I was out, it took longer to physically get there than it took to be seen and sent out the door, then at walmart I had to have my friend collect my meds because since I never leave home, my id is expired and they would not accept my id to get my own meds, even though my id expired was still me I had my hospital discharge papers and a wrist band from the hospital identifying me, and I was paying using my walmart app connected to my phone attached to my cc to my name, anyways between the pain, and being out in public my anxiety was through the roof and I am pretty sure I looked and sounded like a manic babbling nutjob to everyone, we got home and I had a few things to tend to then I took a short nap, and around 7 last night I got back into bed and then got up around 5:30 am this morning, the rest of my normal if you can call it that pain is still with me, but my tooth is down to a dull pain, the antibiotics and the stuff for swelling is helping, but I only have about 7 days worth, so now I have to find a dentist to still address the root problem which happens to be the root of my tooth, I need a root cannel, and I have no idea how I am going to pay for the er visit that I am getting billed for and now a dentist and root cannel, I could really use all the help and support I can get right now;

Part 2:

On top of my constant pain and exhaustion I have a Cavity on inside of my Left Maxillary Lateral Incisor, that has elected to become an excruciating pain, I have not slept at all in the past 24 hours, every time I begin to doze off, bone shattering pain radiates through the entire left side of my face, as a #disabled man existing solely in #poverty and without access to any #transit or #medical care, I tried over the night to do the whole clove oil bit, after using enough to cook a Christmas ham and downing 3000mg of Tylenol, there is no relief in sight, I beg for help to get through each day and I seldomly receive enough for the extreme basics, my #health is in decline and I am in no way able to care for myself in that regard in any capacity, I am currently in enough pain to cripple a horse, and there is simply nothing I can do about it, #disability is hard enough when you have no support system but add #poverty #agging and #health issues and your pretty much in an eternal world of hell;

La notable pieza de marfil tallado que vemos se manufacturó en el continente europeo durante el siglo XVIII, funcionando originalmente como un objeto de carácter didáctico o como una rareza destinada a los gabinetes de curiosidades de la alta sociedad. Las 2 caras de la escultura muestran con lujo de detalle el interior de un diente molar habitado por criaturas demoníacas entrelazadas con serpientes, configurando la representación visual más directa de los argumentos que los médicos y barberos cirujanos de aquel entonces exponían a sus pacientes ante el avance de las caries. El registro escrito más antiguo sobre este fenómeno se localiza en una tablilla sumeria del año 5000 a.C. resguardada en el Museo Británico, donde se narra cómo el dios Anu creó el universo y cómo en dicho proceso surgieron estos seres parasitarios.

Esta misma concepción médica reapareció con mínimas variantes en el antiguo Egipto, en China, en la medicina ayurvédica de la India y en la Europa medieval, derivando en tratamientos rituales que incluían fumigaciones bucales con humo de semillas de hisopo para asfixiar al organismo, aplicación de cera caliente o el uso de hierbas narcóticas. La teoría no carecía de intuición debido a que las afecciones dentales generan agujeros visibles y un dolor pulsante que evoca con facilidad la idea de movimiento autónomo. La respuesta definitiva llegó con el nacimiento de la microbiología en el año 1890, cuando el dentista estadounidense Willoughby Miller describió formalmente la destrucción del esmalte por los ácidos bacterianos.
