I’m guessing that since I’ve been up for 2 hours now and I’m on the third cup of strong coffee, perhaps breakfast is in order. At least, I may just weasel out of work and open the fridge to get my half sandwiches of peanut butter and banana, or the peanut butter with fresh rhubarb sauce. The guys asked for the boring peanut butter with grape jelly on white bread.
Meanwhile I chose thin-sliced but a whole grain bread loaded with grains, nuts and seeds. Oh my, I was eating as nutritional a food as any I readily have available. And so filling. Time for the unboxing. I know the Uncrustables directions said to let them thaw 30-60 minutes, and I TOTALLY waited 30-60... seconds. So much patience on my part! It was chilly, yummy, and didn't last very long. 🥪 😋

For the first time, this PB&J sandwich addict bought Uncrustables. I cannot be trusted with ACTUAL peanut butter and jelly in the house. But what is THIS? Thaw 30-60 MINUTES?!? When I want PB&J, I want it 5 minutes ago! I know they'll be delicious, and they won't last long!

This jar had been sitting unopened in my fridge for a while, but this weekend seemed like a good time to crack it open. Ohhh, it’s yummy.
