I reached my target weight of 85kg (from 112) a couple of months ago, while taking the highest dose of 15mg.
I’ve gradually reduced it down, and last Saturday I took my first dose of 7.5mg.
This week is the first time I’ve felt hungrier than usual. It’s a slightly alien feeling, as my appetite has been very well controlled until now.
It’s still under control but I’m having to get used to eating a bit more, which is a good thing as I’m still losing weight up to this point and I don’t want to, words I never thought I’d say in my life!
I’m making sure to exercise regularly also, mainly gentle resistance stuff to make sure muscle mass (and muscle rate) stay good.
It’ll be interesting to see what the scales say this Saturday.
