CW: Rant about sleep apnea treatments
If my #AHI was this good more often, I wouldn't be trying to get one of the alternative #SleepApnea treatments such as the #Inspire device. My AHI was 0.8 last night, but 6.7 a few nights before that. I do the same thing every night. There's no predicting the results, and the mental health ramifications are significant. inspire is only approved for people who can't tolerate a #CPAP. What does that mean? What about people who get unreliable results from it?
