One very interesting charge brought against Trump & his co-conspirators in Georgia is
"conspiracy to commit impersonating a public officer", especially when looking at Rudy Giuliani, who used to be called "America's mayor" years ago.
Concerning the number of charges Rudy's playing in the same RICO league as Trump today: 13.

When you're a Secretary of State & a presidential seatholder tells you, that people "don’t want to vote. They hate the state. They hate the governor, and they hate the Secretary of State. you should understand it as an implicit threat to abuse the power of publicity of presidential office to manipulate & incite people to exert possibly even physical pressure against you until you will comply with the seatholder's demands.

Which equates to Trump putting crosshairs on Mr Duncan.

Despite having been advised at his D.C. arreignment to abstain from aggressive acts like that.

Trump was the hard lesson the United States had to learn, that it's definitely insufficient to only require, that a person, who wants to run for & take U.S. presidential office must be a natural born citizen older that 35 years, who has been a resident of the U.S. for at least 14 years.

Trump should never ever have been trusted with the nation's secrets, and ***never again*** may he be trusted with national secrets & any public office under the United States.
