  1. Being aware of cognitive biases isn't enough.

    Scrolling through this platform, I'm very aware of the bandwagon effect. But seeing all the AI posts out there every day still makes me question whether I'm falling behind, whether what I'm doing is still relevant.

    Being aware of biases doesn't make the impact go away. And the same is true for our software architecture decisions.
