My new article is about opportunity and #hope, which people need in order for societies and economies to work.
The way out of a downward spiral isn’t to fuel anger by taking away the remaining opportunities and flexibility that people have or perceive they have. The way out is to invest in creating better opportunities with real and significant and lasting returns for people and thus, eventually, for societies.

I worry, sometimes, about our cultural differences.
Right at the moment one thing concerns me.
Am I too sweary for #econtwitter?
Aussies tend to be a little "relaxed" with that sort of language. Would people from other geographies prefer that we weren't?
