Geisinger is a non-profit healthcare organization. They announced that a former employee of their IT services provider, Nuance, has accessed patient information after termination. The info accessed include: name, phone number, date of birth, address, admit/discharge/transfer code, medical record number, race, gender, facility name abbreviation.
