This morning we had a thunderstorm, and while I was calmly sipping my hot black coffee, a sudden thunder clap was so loud that it majorly startled me and it felt like a bang in my heart. As an extremely Highly Sensitive Person and someone with misophonia, it took me a good while to calm down my chest.
Then I wondered if anyone has ever had a heart attack from a thunder clap?!
