A couple of days ago I vlogged about Hawthorn. Photos of this May overload of the senses! Often associated with may day, and the purity and freshness of the new year ahead, hawthorn has magical connections... It is said you shouldn't bring it into the house or someone in the family will be removed - though I bring it in to make tinctures and it's fine. It is a first-class herb of the circulatory system and heart health!
