@Kayray I gave up #TheArchers #TheArchersBBC several years ago because I never seemed to have time to listen. Three weeks ago I heard, almost by accident, an episode. Then I found myself downloading the omnibus. Oh, I'm hooked again. I am happy though. Retirement is so good.

I notice quite the outbreak of surround sound enabled videos on oo-tube. Seems a bit late in the day for all that 5.1, 7.1 palava. Thought it was all Atmos or spatial audio now. All my life, somewhere, somebody was convinced that surround sound was the next big thing. Christ even #TheArchers went out in #Quadraphonic for the 3 people that could recieve it back in 1977 (presumably wiped). #SurroundSound #audio #youtube
