Ein solides Stück Rock-Geschichte aus dem Jahr 1981 kommt quasi endlich in die Charts.
„Oinr isch emmr dr Arsch“ von der #Schwabenrock-#Kapelle #Schwoißfuaß ist auf Platz 20 der #SWR1 #Hitparade 2023.
Die Produktion klingt ziemlich 80er, doch der Text ist genauso zeitlos wie die Gitarre von Didi Holzner (der heute bei Mandala Movie die Keyboards spielt), die zusammen mit Mundharmonika-Weltmeister (sic!) Riedel Diegel das markante Riff abfeuert.
Und natürlich Frontmann, Sänger und Texter Alexander Köberlein, der nach vielen Jahren in seiner anderen großen schwäbischen Band Grachmusikoff nun mit über 70 mit der Franz Mayer Experience nochmal durchstarten will.

I guess I don't understand the motivation behind why a company would want to adopt #betacodex philosophy, without pressure from #ConsumerDemand ? Business motivation is 99% about #money - #customerDemand is a huge motivation factor. I'm saying: market this to consumers, publish lists of #BetaCodex businesses so consumer can choose them over competition. This will drive #BetaCodex adoption. Snowball effect.

Just saw a post somewhere suggesting that the opposite of "incremental change" is "throwing everything overboard."
That is completely false. When conditions have changed, then there is nothing more conservative & conserving than "transformational change"!

@nielso I also find #pipewire to be better than #coreaudio on macOS.
Many of the things I used to do on macOS with some helper apps, I now do out of the box on #linux.
And yes, in many of the "polished" apps that are used on Windows or macOS, I think a lot of the complexity (but also flexibility) is probably kept away from the users, which may lead to small successes faster, but doesn't necessarily promote the underlying understanding of what's actually going on, if that makes any sense. -

@nielspflaeging my first point was that #liberatingstructures does not imply #valuecreation (this is where we agree), but it does not deny it either. For me the first is a tool, the second is a goal. Focusing on a tools instead of a goal does not create value, but the same is true for alienating people that like certain tools.

@nielspflaeging what you say sounds to me like oversimplification, but also fits with my experience. There were a few super nice people with deep believe in #liberatingstructures , but they seemed to have lost the focus on #valuecreation . I still feel like an engineer and this is a little too much « l’art pour l’art »
