A federated Europe is in my mind a definate and meaningful step towards a federated planet. I tend not to think of nations but regions populated by those who feel close to that area. A concept developed by Wolfgang Sachs, Cosmolocalism. This has been expanded by some as a cosmopolis developing from the roots up. Certainly a world federation would mean ceding some or better all state sovereignty.

I believe in justice, equality, education & unity in diversity, these things on a planetary scale. If you/we truly want peace, contentment and health, surely these things have to be the guide. There is no compromise on these principles only a deeper understanding through partnership & sharing.
So whatever your flag, color of skin or politics, if you are working towards these things I am with you. I will not judge the person but the action. You/we/I/us have power for better a world.

What role do each of us choose in creating the society we want to leave for the generations to come. We cannot expect government to do it. It, gov, is the driver of the political & rentier class.
Apart from which it is not there job, no matter what it or we think.
