@Chaotica @luebbermann In der ZEIT war mal ein toller Artikel über #NewWork (also historisch, wo das herkommt) und neben #Holacracy finde ich ja das Manifest von #Valve toll und natürlich auch wie #Gore arbeiten. Da gibt‘s viel abzuschauen und auszuprobieren, aber es klappt auch nicht in allen Konstellationen, denke ich.

Ça fait 5 ans que mon entreprise fonctionne en #Holacracy et c'est fou de rencontrer des personnes qui n'ont connu que des grosses hiérarchies à l'ancienne et qui me disent "ça peut pas marcher sans manager" ou "les gens, c'est le salaire qui les garde".

Ces 5 dernières années prouvent que si, ça fonctionne. Différemment d'une grosse entreprise capitalo.

@ralfSuess I was not arguing against hierarchy, that's another topic. I was pointing to the fact that #holacracy claims or is seen as being without #hierarchy, and it isn't.

#holacracy seems to be quite attractive to #startups and #scaleups.

reasons expressed: we don't want #hierarchy.

fact: #holacracy IS #hierarchy. the only way circles can be connected is through rep-links and lead-links, making them sub- and super-circles.

this is #hierarchy through the back door!
