I guess I don't understand the motivation behind why a company would want to adopt #betacodex philosophy, without pressure from #ConsumerDemand ? Business motivation is 99% about #money - #customerDemand is a huge motivation factor. I'm saying: market this to consumers, publish lists of #BetaCodex businesses so consumer can choose them over competition. This will drive #BetaCodex adoption. Snowball effect.

But here is the thing: Every company is a #social institution. Every company in the world!
(I think due to this, the idea of #BCorp is quite ridiculous, or treacherous, in fact.)
Because, again, every organization is a social institution, by "creating value for humans through humans, with humans."

But in order to grasp this reality, we must understand that happiness at work cannot be produced, directly.
