@haraldschirmer Das #Cynefin Framework von @snowded ist explizit "for leaders", da passt deine Zweiteiliöung nicht. Management mit "command & control" und leadership mit "transparency & participation" gleichzusetzen finde ich zu einfach.

Donald Trump als Leader ist z.B. weder Transparent, noch sehr partizipativ 🤷‍♂️

We have just been out for an amazing drive down to Dorchester and came back through and across some breathtaking landscapes.

Golden whispy grasses & silvery burdock stems caught the evening glow as bats darted & flitted about in the evening thermals.

We drove through sleepy villages & passed ancient stone & thatched buildings that will have seen many hundreds of midsummer sunsets.

@snowded @nielspflaeging Thanks for your answer. I like Niels ideas in general, as it is always thought provoking and I like thinking (but not very good at just believing). I never looked deeply into #Cynefin, and only rediscovered it while looking into #EstuarineMapping. So now I am interested especially in Mapping, as problem solving often starts with visualization.
