@iscarlosmolero I get what you mean. I really love pieces of Go code I have written myself, by hand. There's a certain pride about them. But for me, there was some realism too when I asked AI to check over one of my favourite libraries, and it found something like 20 odd... not bugs, but potential issues if the library were used in some kind of edge case. And inefficiencies. I will always love and be proud of something I made by hand, like an old guy in a mountain who carves statuettes out of wood by hand. But I recognise that machines can produce a thing faster than me and with more accuracy.
I miss the ways I've written software the last 22 years, but I accept the future. These days I can achieve in a day what would have taken me a month. I see the machine, and rather than let it run me over I get in the cab and steer the machine. And even get a job as machine driver. Change comes.
