Ich war heute bei OBI und wollte mir Bretter zusägen lassen. Das wären am Ende etwa 130 € gewesen. Aber ein extrem unfreundlicher Mitarbeiter mit starkem bayrischen Dialekt hat mich und meine Begleitung angepampt. Sein Problem: Wir standen angeblich nicht in „seiner“ Schlange. Also fühlte er sich nicht zuständig. So geht man nicht mit Kunden um. Der OBI in Hamburg Neugraben hat mich damit als Kunden verloren. Zumindest für dieses Jahr.
