Ännu ett samtal från Apple Support idag. iCloud-utvecklarna i Cupertino har nu bekräftat att jag inte kan nollställa min korrupta Keychain i iCloud men vet ännu inte hur de ska lösa det men de tar det på stort allvar då jag sannolikt inte är den ende som har detta problem.

Finally managed to finish my first #alphapattern, although it is just #keychain size.

I tried out making it with a clean back, which worked out okay, except for the a couple of places where newly added threads are visible. I also still struggle with some visual differences between forward and backward knot rows.

I made up the pattern myself since it was fairly simple.

PGP encryption in Thunderbird on Android requires an external key manager. The suggested app is OpenKeychain, discontinued over than two years ago.

Any valid alternatives or workarounds?

I have been using Keyguard as my password manager. Any chance I can use that?

I probably should upgrade from macOS 14, but apparently 15 removes Secure Note support from Keychain and that's where I store a load of recovery codes and things like answers to stupid recovery questions (which I never answer with real data, since that's trivial to harvest). Some recommendation says to move to locked notes in the Notes app, but others seem to imply security there is weak. Any recommendations?

It's very disappointing for Apple to silently remove useful functionality that's been there since 1.0 and not provide any documented migration path, but I guess that's the New Apple way.
