He told investigators that “I knew that when I put [her into DAVID], I’m like ‘fuck’ and that’s why I stopped right after and nothing else.” But that wasn’t the end of it; he investigated the woman then used a powerful license plate tracking database to find her location and chase her down. In doing so, he also “almost cause[d] a head on collision while passing as a white truck traveling northbound had to veer off the roadway to avoid a collision.”

Übers Jahr gerechnet wird das wieder etwas schlechter, weil jetzt im Juni/Juli/August/September nur Warmwasser mit schlechtem COP kommt.

Der COP ist aber auch nur die halbe Geschichte. Zur Erinnerung: Bei meiner Gasheizung hatte ich teilweise sehr hohe Verbräuche, weil Warm- und Kaltwasser falsch herum am Speicher angeschlossen waren und ich durch thermische Zirkulation hohe Speicherverluste hatte. Da sind aufs Jahr gerechnet 25% meines Gasverbrauch auf Warmwasser gegangen, bis ich das verstanden habe und durch motorisiertes Absperren der Zirkulationsleitung ausserhalb der Zirkulationszeiten einigermassen die Kontrolle zurückgewonnen habe.
Finanziell bin ich durch meinen recht günstigen Strompreis (unter 24ct Arbeitspreis) auch mit dem niedrigen Warmwasser COP immer noch leicht im Vorteil.
PS: Für die Umrüstung der Bestandsanlage hat mein SHKler einen COP von 3,3-3,6 vorhergesagt. Ziemlich gut getroffen, meine ich.

Nachdem die COP-Klimakonferenzen ja fast nur mehr bessere Sektempfänge, ausgerichtet von der Ölindustrie, sind, ist es vielleicht gar keine schlechte Idee, ein ergänzendes und vielleicht auch konkurrierendes Format zu etablieren, das von einer produktiven Allianz der Willigen angetrieben wird statt vom Sonntagsgerede der größten Energiewende-Blockierer. VertreterInnen aus immerhin 60 Ländern haben sich zu so einer Gegenkonferenz in Kolumbien getroffen. Am Beispiel Deutschland ist allerdings auch das Problem dabei sichtbar: vertreten wurde das Land durch Umwelt-Staatssekretär Jochen Flasbart und verschiedene Umweltverbände. Von Merz und Reiche dagegen keine Spur.
