Unfortunately there is little sign of #ENFORCEMENT here (scuse the caps) - Birds of Prey are routinely shot, poisoned or ‘disappear’ along with their trackers with little or no action taken against estates.

This seems to be a direct result of a lack of effective #RoadSafety #enforcement in #USA (against #DistractedDriving ) and effects of #apps and increased pace of life - pop music has been around as long as folk have had access to #cars and in car entertainment was widespread in 20th century, but the methods used to access it weren't instant and caused less distraction (the driver would need to obtain and prepare their cassette tape or CD beforehand!)
