By now, many of you may have already read the news that Saif al-Din Khader, aka “Rey” and “Hikki-Chan,” has been arrested in Jordan. Allegedly, he is cooperating with the FBI.

"Rey" was first doxed by #Kela in March of 2025. @briankrebs has done a lot of reporting on "Rey" in 2025 and more recently.
Rey had an admin or leadership role in the SLSH Telegram channels and recently shot off his big mouth on X. com, bragging about the ShinyHunters attack on the FBI.
As reported by @briankrebs, some of his unnamed sources have suggested that Rey feuded with a recently arrested Dutch national known as "Umbreon" over leadership of ShinyHunters. Some even went so far as to say Rey may have tried to frame "umbreon" by using the Pokemon Umbreon figure on certain posts.
Personally, I'm somewhat skeptical of both claims and would like to see actual evidence.
In the meantime, Rey is reportedly cooperating with the FBI. Since Jordan doesn't extradite to the U.S., I don't know why he would be so cooperative, but maybe this kid doesn't even know he's not at much risk of extradition?
