Thinking positive 🌠

About 21 years ago, I was part of a small group of online friends. One from the USA, who I still chat with on a very regular basis 🌹 , and three people from Germany. I kept in touch with one of them for some time and then, all of a sudden, radio silence. I am very fortunate to still have the friend from the States in my life, as he became one of my biggest supporters. He saved my bacon 🥓 several times now, which I will probably never be able to pay back in any way... But, one of the German then-friends always said that "we need to think positive". So, even though I haven't connected with them for many years now, every once in a while, I think of them when I find myself "in need" of positive thoughts. The last 16 months have been very challenging in many different ways. And while I tried to remain in the "positive thinking zone", I slipped out of it many times. Some things are just too hard, too strong, too emotional, to be able to keep having positive thoughts. However helpful the positive thoughts can be, some days (or nights), the negative is too overwhelming... 😢 […]
