I've been thinking about this global climate change thing, and I might be on to something:
Maybe we've been wrong to keep storing things "in the cloud" all the time. With all that data in there, the clouds don't seem able to handle as much moisture as they used to, resulting in more hot air.
To remedy the issue, I propose we sacrifice a tech CEO to the weather gods.
