@rekindled I recognize that #BodyDoubling happens for me, yes. I didn’t know it had a name. I’m not sure of the distinction between #DemandAvoidance snd #ExecutiveFunctioning issues. I can say that when my task issues happen I am anxious, body stiffens and heart races.
Other people trigger/exhaust me too, so I I tend to plan to avoid them whenever possible. That can contribute to my task issues.
