Had a wonderful session with my therapist: I got to revisit and spend time with my most free, most authentic 5-year-old self. Unfortunately she was forced to be buried into a deep dark hole inside of me over the past 40 years, so I could survive by being what people expected me to be.
But omg it was so refreshing visiting her again! My therapist and I are gonna spend more time with her next week. :)
