#Conflictavoidance coupled with #impostersyndrome means I often take the blame for things that at best I’m only partially responsible for. I do this to make others feel better about themselves. Repeatedly doing this gives others power, sapping my #selfesteem to boost theirs. It doesn’t take long before they think I’m completely useless and they’re always right. I’m most prone to this when my #anxiety and #depression has peaked. It’s quite the #selfharm and #selfsabotage negative feedback loop.
