Indie game developers being sought to constitute core team of a bourgeoning new game development cooperative studio, with sustainable and human values, and a flexible, organic growth plan.
Roles: programmer, graphics artist, level designer, character designer / concept artist, assistant writer, translator.
Pay: starts at profit shares, graduates to fixed salary plus profit share upon financial maturity of the business.

**I am going to work on the GameCircular website and manifesto now!**
I just registered `gamecircular.com.br` although it doesn't lead anywhere currently. INow I'll try to make at least a starting website throughout the weekend along with my (so far) *one* teammate.
