Je cherche à recruter une presta sur un outil d'aide à la décision développé dans le cadre d'un projet de recherche publique.

Il y aurait trois choses principales que j'aimerais faire (rangées par priorité décroissante) :

1. passer le site en multilingue pour avoir une version en anglais

2. supprimer tailwindcss pour avoir du CSS propre à travers le site

3. limiter le contenu qui dépend de preact, en transformant une partie des conteneurs react en template html, de sorte que la majeure partie de la page d'accueil et les pages support (doc, FAQ...) n'ait pas besoin de javascript pour charger

La priorité très claire, pour moi c'est vraiment le point 1, donc je cherche avant tout une personne qui puisse travailler là-dessus, les autres points sont appréciés mais pas centraux.
Je précise également que je veux du code "à l'ancienne", garanti sans IAg 😉
Côté deadline, il faut nécessairement que ce soit avant la fin de l'année parce que sinon mes sous repartent...

We are searching for an awesome IT Engineering Manager.

Holman is a family owned global automotive company. We provide fleet management and leasing to a range of corporate customers.

You'll lead a multi‑disciplinary engineering team who build and integrate our fleet management and leasing systems. This covers the full stack of front end, back-end, back-office, customer facing, employee facing, and supplier facing systems.

This is a hybrid role based in our Chippenham, Wiltshire, UK office.

Salary range: £75,000 – £90,000

Benefits include:

I get that a small volunteer-run group is looking for ways to help get through the applicants; I could do with out that (and am going to skip it) but that's beside the point I want to make

For anyone who has had to suffer through "Zara", have you noticed... the AI doesn't actually DO much of anything?

You could set up a simple interview process that didn't use AI to ask the questions, but just fed them randomly (as Zara does) to the applicant and recorded people's voice answers to be reviewed later

(yes, I'm sure to be analyzed by AI, but that's different issue)

I'm interested in knowing what the "Zara interview package" includes, and costs - but even more, I'll bet it requires you to use their AI unnecessarily

When the dust finally settles, and the business cycle shifts back to workers being able to call the shots - as it will, all things return to a previous form -

after being interviewed by AI,
forced to work for AI,
from AI-written specifications
an tested by AI

I will have even less loyalty to my team and company than I did before, and will be jumping ship every year for more money. Developers will want free rent as sign on bonuses, and serious stock.

(except I won't be personally, as I'm going the semi-retired route. damn! )
