In 3 years of cocktail pies I’d never used a gourd for October; that ends today!
A Spicy Bourbon Pumpkin Smash contains bourbon, spiced pumpkin syrup, orange or clemintine juice, orange bitters and ginger beer.
For my pies I’ve made roast squash stuffed with a spiced whisky beef stew and a maple-mashed squash top.
