Basically, I am saying that if you do NOT distinguish between a #system and a system's #culture, then "culture" becomes a chicken-and-egg problem. A myth. A curse. A god. Which it is not.Culture is merely the shadow of a system. No more. No less.

What if I told you that your reaction or reflex is a typical one, and based on the misunderstanding that, in order to change a system, its size matters?
Put differently: Once you #WorkTheSystem, not the people, size does not matter, and change starts to "scale". We call that #ChangeAsFlipping.
