On est déjà largement dans ce que le privé appelle #leanManagement : des unités de 200 à 500 personnes dirigées par un.e chercheur.se ayant reçu 5 jours de formation max, sans un appui vraiment formé aux RH, qui puisse gérer le relationnel #RPS, les questions de carrière.
