    Honestly that's less than MO already charges me for the privilege of driving an electric vehicle, plus going electric means I'm getting over on the IRS at tax time, so I'm not majorly worried about this. That said, I do wish they'd go with a mileage based system, at least here in MO we more or less have a system in place for that.
