  1. You shouldn’t be paying more tax than a massive gas corporation. Sign the petition for a minimum 25% export tax on gas to fund cost-of-living relief, so that Australia's resources benefit everyone.

  2. Canberra’s fossil fuel overlords are shaking in their boots thanks to David Pocock calling out Labor’s spineless dodge on a 25% gas windfall tax – because apparently taxing Gina Rinehart’s mates more than our beer is promoting grievance! Betoota nails it: with a 94-seat supermajority, Albo’s crew is too captured by lobbyists to grab $60B in wartime profits that could fix wages, healthcare, and the cost-of-living hell for everyday Aussies. Time to tax the gas barons properly and fund the future.

  3. #Gas companies are meant to pay royalties for the right to extract and sell Australian gas. But no royalties are paid on 56% of gas exported from Australia. A new report from the Australia Institute, Australia's Great Gas Giveaway, shows that over the last four years, multinational companies made $149 billion exporting royalty-free gas. Australians have missed out on at least $13.3 billion in revenue that could have been raised over the last four years had royalties been charged on royalty-free gas. #fossilfuels #auspol #taxmultinationals #taxmultinationalcorporations
