Momentan ruht das Projekt, aber da ich in meinem Bekanntenkreis Menschen habe, deren TV schon ein paar Tage älter sind und nach und nach die Apps verschwinden, wie bei mir auch, liebäugel ich mit dem Projekt, mir einen Pi anzuschaffen und die Software zu installieren.

When I want to watch a documentary these days, or a movie – nothing beats putting on a #VR headset and watching it on #BigScreen!

Just tried out #Bigscreen and #YouTube on the #MetaQuest3… Ok, 8K spatial video makes complete sense now.

@Essanay Already watched #Song starring #AnnaMayWong on #Youtube in advance of the show but I'm going to #Orinda to see it in #Orinda on the #BigScreen with a musical accompaniment (the vid did not have a sound track) the day after tomorrow on Sat 11/15.

Used to live in Orinda but haven't been back there for years. This will be a chance to do a little sightseeing too. ☺️

I cannot wait for the updated #PlasmaBigScreen to go public. I am so sick of these "Smart TVs" and spy tools. I've used a mini-PC off and on with Linux on my TV of course with an air-mouse remote, but when guests come to visit it becomes too complicated for them...

I just hope we can save html shortcuts to the carousal wheel for those platforms my normie-guests expect to see (like disney+ & netflix).

So, a week ago my BigScreen Beyond 2 arrived.

Man. this thing is an upgrade from the Valve Index! So small and lightweight. Truly amazing.

Tonight i gave half-life Alyx a try with the new hardware and it's beautiful.

Now. If only i could get #vr on linux working reliably.
