Does anyone who uses #jellyfin have any tips for improving the quality of transcoded media? I have the #roku Jellyfin app which is amazing, but it transcodes all of my #anime due to the subtitle format not being supported.
The image isn't as sharp as with directplay but everything else is fine. My LG TV has the webOS Jellyfin app which does support directplay but I'd rather use the Roku option if possible. Also the LG app hasn't been updated for a while I think and the sound gets a bit crunchy.

The #youtube app on my 2017 #roku lost the ability to turn off video previews when choosing videos. I uninstalled/reinstalled the app and discovered this new "feature" Unfortunately, it appears that this is causing the web based interface to now forget that I've turned them off. Every time I go from TV to web, the videos previews have been turned back on. #google and #microsoft just keep getting worse and worse.

Thankfully (at least for now) there is a setting to "leave trial" that reverts back to the old screen that just simply shows your apps like it always had.
