Pierwsza z nowości, XGIMI Vibe One, stawia na mobilność i wszechstronność. Urządzenie charakteryzuje się niewielkimi rozmiarami, wbudowanym akumulatorem oraz zintegrowanym uchwytem, który pełni również funkcję regulowanego stojaka. Projektor wykorzystuje diody LED jako źródło światła, oferując obraz w rozdzielczości Full HD (1920×1080) o przekątnej od 45 do 150 cali. Deklarowana jasność maksymalna wynosi 250 lumenów ISO, a współczynnik kontrastu 1500:1. Vibe One działa w oparciu o system Google TV, zapewniając dostęp do aplikacji streamingowych, w tym preinstalowanego Netflixa. Za dźwięk odpowiadają dwa wbudowane głośniki JBL o mocy 3W każdy. Titan obsługuje również projekcję 3D. Ciekawostką jest zautomatyzowany moduł soczewki, który dostosowuje jej pozycję i automatycznie koryguje proporcje obrazu. Mimo wysokiej mocy, projektor ma charakteryzować się cichą pracą (poniżej 28 dB w trybie standardowym).

Mobilny projektor XGIMI Vibe One ma pojawić się w sprzedaży w Polsce w październiku lub listopadzie 2025 roku. Natomiast dostępność flagowego modelu XGIMI Titan przewidziana jest na grudzień 2025 lub styczeń 2026 roku. Ceny obu urządzeń nie zostały jeszcze podane.

I cannot wait for the updated #PlasmaBigScreen to go public. I am so sick of these "Smart TVs" and spy tools. I've used a mini-PC off and on with Linux on my TV of course with an air-mouse remote, but when guests come to visit it becomes too complicated for them...

I just hope we can save html shortcuts to the carousal wheel for those platforms my normie-guests expect to see (like disney+ & netflix).

Does anyone else have the newer #Google TV Streamer device (not the Chromecast with Google TV, the newer one)? I'm having the worst time with the audio periodically dropping out when attached to my Pioneer receiver.

I did not have this issue with all of the same hardware but with the #CCWGTV instead of the streamer.

with google TV, you can cast google photos, youtube and hundreds of other apps / services from an iphone/ipad *and* android.

with an apple TV, you can only use airplay, to cast from iphone/ipad, no android support.

google TV supports both major platforms. apple tv only supports one.

Wenn man die ganzen Software-"Bildverbesserungen" abschaltet, ist das Bild für uns auch zufriedenstellend. Nervig ist nur das langsame Ansprechen und die mitunter haklige Bedienoberfläche. Auf dem Gerät steht zwar #Grundig drauf - dahinter verbirgt sich aber ein #GoogleTV eines türkischen Herstellers, der die Markenrechte gekauft hat. 🤨

Took out the #AppleTV for one last ditch effort to try and force myself to like it. #Netflix app played a 4K movie but then stepped down in quality - like I had lower bandwidth or something. Endtasked it, started again, same deal. Endtasked and this time it played in proper quality. For at least 30 min. Googled the issue and apparently it’s a known and longstanding problem, NF and Apple have some sort of feud going on and NF doesn’t play nicely with Apple’s ATV app. Knew that already.

Next, installed #Emby on my Pc and tried the Emby app. Sort of worked but did not display Dolby Video file. The usual green/purple tint. Ditto #Jellyfin (aka “#SwiftFin” on ATV). #Plex works. Cannot try #Kodi because unavailable on ATV.

I cannot like this thing. Went to #GoogleTV built into my TV. Interface is just as fast. JF plays #DolbyVideo. Weirdly Emby goes into trial mode, it’s supposed to be free but I don’t care because it is not better than JF.

Will sell the ATV. Sad, but it is what it is.
