El pago de las Pensiones del Bienestar para el bimestre noviembre-diciembre de 2026 comenzará el martes 3 de noviembre y concluirá el viernes 27, de acuerdo con el calendario proporcionado. La dispersión se organizará según la primera letra del apellido paterno de cada beneficiario.
Los depósitos corresponden al último periodo de pago del año para los programas contemplados en el calendario. Las personas beneficiarias podrán disponer de sus recursos mediante la tarjeta del Banco del Bienestar, sin necesidad de retirar el dinero el mismo día en que se deposite.

La programación incluye pausas durante los fines de semana y el lunes 16 de noviembre, señalado como día de suspensión de pagos por el feriado. Por ello, es importante revisar la fecha asignada a cada letra antes de acudir a un cajero o realizar una operación bancaria.

¿Cuánto dinero deposita cada programa del Bienestar?
Los montos de los apoyos reportados para 2026 son los siguientes:
- Pensión para el Bienestar de las Personas Adultas Mayores: 6 mil 400 pesos bimestrales.
- Pensión Mujeres Bienestar: 3 mil 100 pesos bimestrales para mujeres de 60 a 64 años.
- Pensión para el Bienestar de las Personas con Discapacidad Permanente: 3 mil 300 pesos bimestrales.
- Programa para el Bienestar de Niñas y Niños, Hijos de Madres Trabajadoras: el apoyo varía según la edad y las condiciones previstas en las reglas del programa; los montos reportados van de mil 650 a 3 mil 720 pesos.
- Sembrando Vida: 6 mil 450 pesos mensuales, con fecha de pago señalada para el miércoles 11 de noviembre.
Los depósitos de las pensiones y programas se realizan directamente en la tarjeta del Banco del Bienestar, sin intermediarios. Los recursos permanecen en la cuenta después de la fecha de dispersión, por lo que no es necesario retirarlos inmediatamente. –sn–

UAM convoca a concurso de escritura sobre derechos humanos
La UAM convoca a su primer concurso de escritura sobre derechos humanos y cultura de paz. La comunidad universitaria podrá participar con textos libres de hasta 500 palabras y competir por premios de hasta cinco mil pesos.

La Universidad Autónoma Metropolitana (UAM) abrió su Primer Concurso de Escritura sobre Derechos Humanos y Cultura de Paz, dirigido a estudiantes, personas egresadas y personal administrativo y académico, con el propósito de promover la reflexión y la convivencia respetuosa mediante la escritura.
La convocatoria permitirá participar con textos académicos o literarios de hasta 500 palabras. El primer lugar recibirá cinco mil pesos, un diploma y un lote de libros; el segundo obtendrá tres mil pesos, diploma y obras, mientras que el tercero recibirá mil pesos.
La Defensoría de los Derechos Universitarios (DDU) busca que la comunidad exprese sus ideas y experiencias en torno a los derechos universitarios y la cultura de paz, sin las restricciones que podría imponer un certamen limitado a trabajos académicos.
Textos libres y experiencias propias
La doctora Martha Walkyria Torres Falcón, titular de la DDU, explicó que las personas participantes podrán presentar poemas, cuentos, descripciones u otras modalidades, sin necesidad de ajustarse a un género literario específico.
La pregunta central de la convocatoria plantea qué pensamos cuando escuchamos las expresiones cultura de paz o derechos universitarios. A partir de esa reflexión, cada participante podrá desarrollar un escrito con libertad de enfoque y formato.
Torres Falcón invitó a la comunidad universitaria a escribir desde sus propias vivencias y evitar el uso de herramientas de inteligencia artificial generativa para elaborar los trabajos. La intención, explicó, es fomentar una expresión personal y auténtica.
“Los conmino a que se den el permiso de soltar la mano, de soltar los dedos sobre el teclado y escriban desde sí mismos, desde sí mismas y para sí”, expresó durante su participación en el programa Voces de la UAM, transmitido por UAM Radio 94.1 FM.
Fecha límite y requisitos
Los trabajos deberán enviarse con pseudónimo, en letra Arial de 12 puntos e interlineado de 1.5, al correo electrónico [email protected]. La recepción concluirá el lunes 23 de noviembre a las 23:59 horas.
El jurado estará integrado por integrantes de la Coordinación de Difusión, la Dirección de Comunicación del Conocimiento y la propia Defensoría. Además de seleccionar los tres primeros lugares, podrá otorgar menciones honoríficas.
Las piezas seleccionadas se publicarán en la página de la DDU y se difundirán durante actividades programadas para 2027. La organización también contempla preparar una compilación de los textos si el número de trabajos recibidos lo permite. –sn–
