2 things I’m not doing with #toothpaste no matter who tells me.
1. #Brushing before #breakfast. That ruins the taste of my food.
2. Just spitting the toothpaste out without #rinsing. It literally says not to swallow toothpaste, I’m not leaving it on my #teeth just to swallow it later when I eat again. That’s #contradictory.

Sodium fluoride was used in the 1900s for wood preservation in railroads. Why? Because of its high toxic properties, which killed the small life forms that tried to eat the timber.

"Don’t throw away your broken item – bring it to the Repair Café! Zero Waste Salem will be hosting a Repair Café on Saturday, May 16 from 9am-12 noon at the Community Life Center at 401 Bridge Street.

Repair volunteers at this event will be available to mend clothing, sew buttons, and tinker with or rewire electronics and lamps.
