Seeing as Todd Blanche (R - Mar-a-lago) is still attempting to nurse his nomination to Servitor General through the US Senate, I would like to inform him that the "presumption of regularity" is not, in fact, an old marketing slogan of the Ex-Lax Corporation.
Though given the reams of coverage in the legal press the term has attracted in the last 18 months, the company might consider using it as such.

> Whoever knowingly and willfully deposits for conveyance in the mail or for a delivery from any post office or by any letter carrier any letter, paper, writing, print, missive, or document containing any threat to take the life of, to kidnap, or to inflict bodily harm upon the President of the United States, the President-elect, the Vice President or other officer next in the order of succession to the office of President of the United States, or the Vice President-elect, or knowingly and willfully otherwise makes any such threat against the President, President-elect, Vice President or other officer next in the order of succession to the office of President, or Vice President-elect, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than five years, or both.
18 U.S. Code § 875(c)
> Whoever transmits in interstate or foreign commerce any communication containing any threat to kidnap any person or any threat to injure the person of another, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than five years, or both.
But "86" does not mean "kill" or "kidnap" or "injure" in its most common sense — it is diner slang still in use today to get rid of something or that they are out of something so the order has to be renegotiated.

I’ve been on an audio forum 24 years—it’s a home away from home. As a Linux advocate, I promote it, but one user “weaponizes” AI with negative, argumentative replies to every post I make. Responding creates an endless loop; ignoring him lets him spread false claims and control the narrative, forcing me to engage. The admin hasn’t intervened.
What can be done in this situation?

Pokémon Go data trained AI that could assist military drones in war zones
"An AI model trained on data collected from users of Pokémon Go will potentially help military drones find their location in war zones.
Pokémon Go, a 2016 augmented reality mobile game, allowed players to find and catch Pokémon in the real world using the cameras on their mobile phones, and exploded in popularity. In 2018, the company reported having more than 800m downloads worldwide.
A 2021 update to the game introduced Pokéstops, which gave players in-game rewards for scanning real locations using their devices. It required users to opt in and upload the recording.
Niantic, which created Pokémon in partnership with Nintendo, collected users’ location scan data before the company sold its gaming division in 2025.
The historical scans were used to train the company’s AI models to recognise and interpret spaces in the physical world, as first reported by DroneXL this week."
