⚖️ Nächsten Dienstag wird der #EGMR zum 1. Mal Urteile zu #Griechenland​s #Pushbacks verkünden.

Im 1. Fall geht es um einen 15-jährigen afghanischen Jugendlichen, der 2020 von #Samos aus verschleppt u. mit einem weiteren Jugendlichen in einer Rettungsinsel in türk. Gewässern ausgesetzt worden war.

Der 2. Fall betrifft Ayse Erdogan, die zus. mit weiteren türk. Staatsangehörigen 2019 über den #Evros in die #Türkei zurück gedrängt wurde.
