And for all intents and purposes, by her account (in the court document - see below), she is a rape survivor, even if trump's acts were officially labeled "sexual assault" in the civil court case.

Also, the funding matter that trump's DOJ might be going after Carroll for perjury over was already addressed and dismissed as an issue in court.
The funding was third-party via a non-profit foundation years after Carroll first brought accusations against trump. Her lawyers sought funding in a contingency case. Carroll didn't know about it.

Elle doit néanmoins faire face à un nouveau procès même s'il lui est acquis d'avance : le harcèlement est également une technique de criminel voulant museler ses victimes.
