draft - more headphones should do a three button layout for volume and media control, as well as have a double click option for going to the next track instead of "long press". A lot of these examples seem to be "long press + for next song" and "long press - for previous" but I feel like in these examples, the central button (or even the volume buttons themselves should be "double click for next song" and "triple click for previous". Instead of the long pressing, I feel like it'd be faster/more consise to feel for a button and quickly double click it while walking/ jogging for next track instead of like kinda having to slow down and hold a button for a few seconds considering that the "next track" function is something we do quite often, it should be as snappy/quick as possible.

Android15 beta 3 - Private space is missing for me. For me, there is still one tab saying "Security & privacy", and the option is not there.
When I type private space in the search bar on the home screen, I don't find it there.
When I search within settings, I don't find it there either. any help / any tips for me? thank you.

modern cars with front bench seat, maybe like the 2000s era Toyota Avalon where the back of the middle seat could be switched down to have an arm rest + center console.
And I don't even need it to really use the middle seat itself.
It's more about the leg room. When parked, if I just wanna chill for a bit, I can easily stretch out my legs to the right.
So then, even if it's not a bench seat, at least do something give us more cars where the front is like the cybertruck:
Even though it's not a front bench seat, you get the same amount of open space leg room as if it were. I.e., in the cybertruck, the front is completely open space, but it still has a center console. It just doesn't block you off completely. It's open down to the ground.

regarding usbc...i mean, sure. but then Microsoft should require/force windows computer makers to use USBC for charging - even on the "cheaper" windows laptops. no more barrel connectors. unless it becomes a standard like USBC.

the linux version of chrome should be available on the google play store for chromebook.
to be used alongside / separate from the built in version of chrome
this would be a hearty substitute for lacros
it'd be better than lacros
lacros allowed multiple browser profiles
but the profiles were integrated into the operating system
the linux version of chrome on chromeos is not integrated into the OS which is a good thing.

i'm googling firefox debian.
it seems once you have the linux thing setup for chromeOS, for the linux additional sandboxed version of the chrome browser for linux that's not tied to chromeOS itself (hence sandboxed which is a good thing if you're looking for a sandboxed chrome browser that isn't tied to chromeOS / android services, which is what i am looking for) then you just download the debian version on google's official website. and then you can just click to install the package, - no command line necesary. so then am i correct to assume that any linux software i want i just search for "debian" version of it on google or?
and another thing someone told me is to make sure to enable the flag "Crostini GPU Support" in chrome://flags

chromeos is no good for data segregation. i saw this chromeos laptop i thought would be good. i thought lacros was staying and expanding. the problem is, i need to be using a windows computer when i sit here becuase i like to be logged into the user where its "google umbrella acount B-esque" in windows, where i can have a chrome profile logged into the google umbrella account A. i have that setup already on a 2020 windows 10 laptop. and i think i sorta regret using the money to get this chromebook even though its nice. but for my needs, a windows 11 laptop would have maybe made more sense. even though i can't stand that microsoft doesn't force all pc makers to have 2 USBC power delivery ports like google forces chromebook makers to do. god damnit microsoft. get with the fuckin program.
