There are a lot of application stores for Android: F-droid, Playstore, Rustore, Obtainium, you name it. The only one I'm unable to use is Play Store because it requires to register an account.
Moreover, they don't allow to make multiple accounts for the same device, so if you remove the account locally and somehow forget the username (for example, because you didn't care and used some random string for it, like [email protected]), then you become effectively BANNED from Play Store.
