modern cars with front bench seat, maybe like the 2000s era Toyota Avalon where the back of the middle seat could be switched down to have an arm rest + center console.

And I don't even need it to really use the middle seat itself.

It's more about the leg room. When parked, if I just wanna chill for a bit, I can easily stretch out my legs to the right.

So then, even if it's not a bench seat, at least do something give us more cars where the front is like the cybertruck:

Even though it's not a front bench seat, you get the same amount of open space leg room as if it were. I.e., in the cybertruck, the front is completely open space, but it still has a center console. It just doesn't block you off completely. It's open down to the ground.

draft - I find that one of the features I miss the most from my 2003 Toyota Avalon is the front bench seat, which provided a sense of luxury through the open space it offered. The ability to easily stretch my legs while parked and the convenience of being able to more easily change into shorts for an evening walk at the park after work were some of the small but cherished joys it brought.

Oof. #Honda has an #NSX engineering car in Australia loaded with parts that aren't homologated (the one they wrapped in gold for Honda's anniversary), so it can't registered or driven on the road – and they're going to CRUSH IT.

They could put it on display at a national HQ somewhere, they could take it to events to showcase it on private roads, they could even just strip it out and donate the body to a university for design students to walk past and be inspired by... but nope, crushing it. I cry.
