Okay, so I've been watching Mikki C's playlist of "Trans Sings I Missed" on YT.

I'm partway through it.

But man... some of the flack she got growing up. :headache:

"You're not walking *like a man*!!!"

How are men supposed to walk? I'll remind you that I thought I was a man before I realized I'm enby. I just walk like I walk, and the rest of the world can just shut up about it.

Heather, that’s exactly it for me as well.

I’m not particularly interested in living forever. I’m interested in still being recognisably myself in my 80s and 90s, still walking, thinking, laughing, writing, annoying people, and participating in life.

And I think there’s a danger in turning any one way of eating into a religion. If three meals a day suits you and you’re 74, fit and healthy, that’s pretty good evidence that you’re doing something right for you.

Here’s to being troublesome centenarians. 😄

Thursday #Workout:
30 minutes of yoga.
10 KM of #Walking (15°C, 99% humidity, and 10 KM/H wind).

Yoga felt like it was never going to end, but made it through. Today was New Shoe Day (Merrell MOAB 3s), so went down behind Parliament Hill and up the stairs from the base to the top. Knees good. Picked up some groceries and ambled home.

'Walkers are being asked to unite to challenge attempts to close Glen Lyon hills this autumn. Ramblers Scotland has today launched a petition to challenge the Perthshire North Chesthill Estate's two-month ban on walkers accessing four popular Munros in Glen Lyon.'

Another lovely morning at 6.30 and we will probably take a run up to the peak on the horizon to get a view of the partial eclipse this afternoon - with a pinhole camera ‘carefully’ constructed from cardboard, kitchen foil and a greaseproof paper screen.
