Roasting coffee again, this one I'm really excited about: this is a gesha variety from the same crop in Peru, one batch dry (also called natural) processed and the other wet (washed) processed. I tried roasting them about the same (as close to City as I can with my clunky drum roaster), so the main difference will be in how they were processed.

How to set Inkscape’s default document format to US 8.5x11

1. open inkscape
2. Menu: File > Document Properties
3. Set ‘Format’ to “US Letter”, then close dialog
4. Menu: File > Save Template
5. give the template a name, any name will do
6. check “set as default template”
7. save

… and that’s how I decreased the steps in the process of converting parts of midi files into sheet music for great highland bagpipes and tabs for diatonic dombras.

Its going to contain British colonies but only up to the year that they break off from the British and became independent.
