I don't especially like celery - but eat this particular salad on repeat. It makes a great breakfast on weekends when one has time to cut things and directly sit down to eat (on work days I'll usually eat breakfast at work since I leave the house too early to eat).
Celery, apple, wee bit of walnuts, some sour cream, some white balsamic and done.

Helped I was given a greenhouse, but otherwise it didn't need much effort, or compost, or anything really. Apart from water, did use quite a bit of that.

This critter is one of my pet flea beetle (chrysomelidae?) thats bin eating my salad leaves. They ping off impressively like fleas.
I let the soil get too dry & now there's loads of them 🙄. It was fine before that. Must remember not to let it dry out so much next time, whether inside or out!! Still glad I collected & planted all those seeds though. And I don't think the cabbage white butterflies like these land cress 😊#gardening
