Black Lemon Peppermint tea - combine all of this and grind until it's "tea sized":
anise hyssop leaves, dried - 1 tbsp
black lemon, cracked - 1 lemon
fennel seeds, lightly crushed - 1 tbsp
ginger chips, dried - 1 tbsp
hibiscus flowers, dried - 1 tbsp
lemon balm, dried - 6 Tbsp
lemon verbena, dried - 6 Tbsp
linden flowers, dried - 1 tbsp
marshmallow root- 1 tbsp
mint, dried- 2 tbsp
stevia- 2 tspTo make, use about 1 teaspoon per cup. Steep longer than usual for the black lemon.
If you note "Jonobie seems to really like anise hyssop and stevia", you would be right! I like slightly sweet teas - hence the licorice root before. Anise Hyssop is just a really nice rounding agent.
Reduce the stevia if you don't like sweetness. Also, both of these teas have marshmallow root, which give them a ... "heft" or thickness to the liquid that's really lovely and I think is likely in many commercial teas.

Cardamom and Dandelion root tea is basically to combine all of this and grind it until it's "tea sized":
anise hyssop - 2.5 tsp
black cardamom - 1 Tbsp
fennel- 2 tsp
ginger chips- 2.5 tsp
green cardamom, hulled- 1/3 c
marshmallow root- 4 tsp
roasted chicory (optional) - 2 tbsp
roasted dandelion root - 2.667 tbsp
stevia - 1/2 tbspTo make the tea - use about 1.5 teaspoons per cup.
