This morning I tried another recipe from the bread making book - this one has Hemp flour in it along with honey & wholemeal granary flour. It's supposed to help introduce more protein into your diet because the Hemp flour is 40% protein. It also gives the bread an olive green hue. Judging by Alan's reaction tea time will be an interesting experience! 🤔😁
